Everything you need to know to better manage your booking
Offers are available only for a limited number of rooms and specific room types.
Only guests staying for the entire booked period are eligible for these offers.
For each room, up to a maximum of two children aged up to 18 years can benefit from the special rate of €1 per day, provided that at least two adults are paying the full rate.
A deposit equal to approximately 30% of the total amount is required and must be paid within 5 days from the booking confirmation.
If the booking confirmation occurs less than 7 days before the check-in date, we kindly ask that the deposit be paid via instant bank transfer, and that proof of payment be sent to booking@severihotels.it. (*)
(*) ✓ For bookings made from 01/06/2026, to secure the room and finalize the booking request, it will be necessary to make an instant bank transfer following the telephone confirmation, and then send a copy of the payment receipt to booking@severihotels.it.
Until 15/04/2026, it will be possible to modify the dates of your reservation—subject to availability—while maintaining the same discount percentage, provided that the following requirements are met:
- The new requested period must not fall between August 1, 2026, and September 6, 2026, but must still be within the 2026 season.
- The same number of nights and guests must be maintained (or a number of nights that is a multiple of 7).
- The same room type must be confirmed.

Up until the very last moment, if you are unable to stay, you may transfer your booking to another person, subject to agreement with our offices.
The transfer procedures will be arranged together with our staff.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival
For all cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, a FULL REFUND of the deposit paid will be issued.
Cancellations within 14 days before arrival
- For stays of 7 consecutive days (or multiples of 7) with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday:
in the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, it will still be possible to receive a FULL REFUND, up to the day before arrival, by providing a medical certificate for a member of the traveling family confirming a health issue as the reason for cancellation. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. * - For all other cases, if the cancellation occurs within 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. **

- Hotel Roxy: Classic, Classic Plus, Comunicanti Piccole, Comunicanti Plus
** In case of cancellation, following formal notice via email, the room will immediately be put back on sale by the sales office.
If it is rebooked with a deposit for the same or a greater number of nights and for an equal or higher amount, we will promptly refund the deposit by bank transfer.
Until the very last moment, you may transfer your booking to another person by prior agreement with our offices; the transfer procedures will be defined together with our staff.
In the event of an early departure, all special offers and promotions will be voided.
Adults will then be charged the full rate, while children up to 18 years old will no longer benefit from the €1 per day rate, but will instead receive a discount of 40% (for the third person) or 60% (for the fourth person).
Example:
Mario has booked a 7-night stay for two adults and two children (aged 4 and 8) for a total package price of €1,904.00, as follows:
1 Adult €169.00 × 7 nights = €1,183.00
1 Adult €169.00 × 7 nights = €1,183.00
1 Child €1.00 × 7 nights = €7.00
1 Child €1.00 × 7 nights = €7.00
TOTAL €2,380.00 − 20% DISCOUNT = €1,904.00
If Mario and his family decide to leave early, the 20% discount and the €1 child rate will no longer apply.
For each night stayed:
each adult will pay the full rate of €169.00;
the first child will pay a 40% discounted rate of €101.40;
the second child will pay a 60% discounted rate of €67.60.
According to Federalberghi standards and practices, as compensation for damages caused by early departure, an indemnity equal to the room rate (per night) for the remaining days of the stay—up to a maximum of 3 nights—will be charged, in addition to any city tax and extra services used.
For stays shorter than 3 nights, à la carte rates will apply for all services provided.
If you stay at Hotel Roxy during the following periods:
- until June 28, 2026,
- from July 25 to August 2, 2026,
- and from September 5, 2026,
you will receive 1 complimentary ticket for entrance to the Mirabilandia amusement park, valid for 1 day.
To be eligible, you must:
- stay at least 7 nights,
- with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.
The complimentary ticket is valid for each paying guest taller than 1 meter, up to a maximum of 4 tickets per room.
Transportation to the park is not included.
Tickets must be requested directly at the hotel upon arrival.

A supplement of €40.00 per stay applies.
In case of any damage caused by the animal to persons, objects, or property, the owner will be held responsible and required to provide compensation.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the bar area, swimming pool, or solarium.
In the hotel restaurant, when weather conditions permit, a dedicated outdoor area is available where you may dine with your pet (limited seating).
Please note that daily room cleaning may be carried out in the afternoon.
As with all our guests, pets must respect the designated quiet hours:
from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
According to the Municipality of Cervia regulations, dogs are allowed on the beach:
from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., and from 9:00 p.m. to midnight.
During beach access, dogs must be kept on a leash (max 1.5 m) and wear a muzzle, and they are permitted to swim with their owner.
