Price in Euro per day per person valid for a minimum stay of 3 days in double room.
The price for the communicating rooms is per room per day.

Rates do not include the city tax, to be applied from May to September only for the first 7 consecutive nights. Children under 14 are exempt.

We remind you that ONLY for stays of at least 6 days, with arrival and departure on Saturday and Sunday by booking through our EARLY BOOKING offers the amount of the deposit – equal to about 30% of the total – will always be valid, even if he fails to stay as expected. You can use it for a stay at one of our severihotels.it facilities, residences or apartments during this season or in subsequent years.
With arrivals / departures other than our “book in advance” offers, the deposit is approximately 50%.
In case of missed overnight, the entire amount paid will be withheld, if the cancellation is due to documentable health reasons (including positivity to the SARS-CoV or quarantine certificate) it will be held as a deposit for a subsequent stay at one of our severihotels.it facilities, residences or apartments during this season or in subsequent years.
EXAMPLE 1
Marco has booked for a family holiday with arrival and departure on Saturday, he will have to pay a down payment equal to about 30% of the total. In case of cancellation Marco will not lose his deposit which will remain valid for a subsequent stay.
EXAMPLE 2
Luca has booked a family holiday with arrival on Sunday and departure on Tuesday, he will have to pay a deposit equal to about 50% of the total. In the event of undocumented cancellation (as described above), the entire amount paid will be withheld
