Our SUPER All Inclusive package includes:

  • 2 Restaurants: Hotel or Beach, the choice is yours! You can choose to have lunch overlooking the sea or dine under the stars at the beach bistro, weather permitting, in a unique and relaxing setting, or at the hotel’s panoramic restaurant with buffet service.
  • Unlimited drinks at the beach bar and hotel: Soft drinks (water, coffee, juices, soft drinks) and alcoholic drinks (beer, spritz, digestifs, bitters, frizzantino, white and red wine) and much more…
  • 1 sunumbrella and 2 sun loungers: At the private beach “Le Lido”, you have priority choice of the rows closest to the sea.
  • Entertainment 7 days a week: A rich entertainment programme 7 days a week, every day on the beach and in the evening with our entertainment staff on rotation in our Severi Hotels.
  • Pizza on the beach: Every day on the beach, a large buffet with pizza, savoury snacks and much more awaits you.
  • Aperitifs at the hotel: Rich aperitifs every day at the hotel before meals.
  • Ice cream, granita and sorbets: A wide selection of ice cream, granita and sorbets is always available at the beach bar.
  • Drinks with meals: Bottled wine, house water, canned beer and soft drinks
  • Mothers’ corner: This year, the Hotel Cinzia restaurant has introduced a baby food corner, a space designed specifically for mothers who wish to prepare meals for their little ones during their stay, available every day from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.
  • Goodnight corner: Every evening at the hotel bar with chamomile tea, herbal teas, hot milk and biscuits.
  • Bicycles available: Bike park for adults and children.
  • Guaranteed parking: Parking is guaranteed for all our guests.

With half board or full board, you can book lunch or dinner at our private beach (weather permitting) at the Le Lido Bistro at no additional cost. You can indicate your preference the evening before by specifying it on the menu.

Yes, for all room types or accommodation solutions, a free parking space (single space, cannot be reserved) is guaranteed in an external car park located approximately 600 metres from the hotel.

Yes, at the bar of the hotel and our private beach Le Lido, included in the All-Inclusive package, you will find: a selection of bitters, spritz, frizzantino, house aperitif and beer. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is reserved for adults over the age of 18.

Yes, the hotel is happy to welcome your four-legged friend.
We accept a maximum of one small/medium-sized pet per room.
Pets are not allowed in the bar, solarium, swimming pool or restaurant areas.
Pets must be kept on a leash in the hotel’s common areas.
Room cleaning may be postponed until the afternoon. Like all our guests, your four-legged friends must also respect the rest/quiet hours, which are from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.
An additional fee of €40.00 per week will be charged at the time of booking for cleaning the room after the guest’s departure.

Our private beach, Le Lido, is just 100 metres away and can be reached by a pleasant walk through the cool, green pine forest.

The Hotel Cinzia is located in Pinarella di Cervia (RA) in Emilia Romagna and overlooks the pine forest: a cool strip of greenery that separates it from the beach.

The room will be available from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The beach umbrella and two sunbeds at our private beach, Le Lido, will be at your disposal from the morning of your arrival until the evening before your departure.

The hotel has a children’s room with a soft, enclosed play area, as well as an outdoor area with table football, table tennis and an inflatable toy. On the beach, there is a children’s area with games and a giant marine-themed inflatable. Every day on the beach, our entertainment staff entertains the little ones with baby dance activities, workshops and many other activities. Parental/guardian supervision is required during all activities.

The entertainment we offer is suitable for all ages. Our staff organises activities and tournaments divided by age group, as well as evening events that involve both adults and children, with cabaret shows, music evenings and games. There is also an excursion service with a wide range of options for fantastic adventures for couples or families.

Yes, the hotel has a number of bicycles for adults and children, as well as mountain bikes, which are available free of charge for short rides and for reaching the main points of interest. When parking, you must lock them with the padlock provided. The customer will be held responsible in the event of damage or theft of the bicycle and will be asked to pay compensation ranging from €20.00 to €200.00 depending on the damage caused.

No, the Minibus Garden excursion service is not included in the All-Inclusive package: the programme with prices and timetables will be available at the excursion office located on our beach. To stay up to date, visit our IG profile @minibusgarden

Yes, the hotel offers a free transfer service to Cervia-Milano Marittima station from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Saturdays and Sundays only).

Yes, the hotel has a number of pushchairs available for our guests. Please ask at reception on the day of arrival.

Yes, there is a toy storage area, but it is not supervised.

We would like to inform you that the hotel is unable to cater for dust mite allergies. Unfortunately, we do not have hypoallergenic mattresses, bed linen, towels or curtains, and the corridors are carpeted. The hotel is located in the front row facing the pine forest, and the area may be exposed to dust. Therefore, it will be your responsibility to take care of your child’s allergy.

In accordance with Regulation 1169/2011, we inform you that our dishes may contain allergens and traces of: gluten, lactose, eggs, crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy, nuts, celery, mustard, garlic, sesame, sulphur dioxide, lupins and molluscs.
Neither of our restaurants (hotel and beach) has a separate area that can guarantee non-contamination in the case of food allergies and/or intolerances.
The service offered in the hotel restaurant is a buffet with a choice of dishes and does not allow for variations or personalised menus.
Therefore, in the event of food allergies and/or intolerances, we recommend that you carefully consider your stay at our facility; the management does not accept responsibility for the consumption and administration of food and beverages containing the allergens in question.
